The purpose of this project was to investigate the possibility of combining craft and consumer products. The aim is to design a range of metallic textures that can be applied to mobile phones翻譯社 the shape of which was decided based on a survey. The project was a record and collection of design methodology. The research includes a review of the literature, a case study and observation and questionnaire surveys. The existing literature on the jewellery manufacturing process via CAD/CAM was reviewed because the craft of jewellery is important in the UK. The case study is to discuss the process of digital craft. The observation is to survey the existing marketing of luxury mobile phones. In addition, the researcher was able to demonstrate the process of manufacture by CAD/CAM.

我的研究主題為：An Investigation into Metallic Textures for the Application of Mobile Phone Design. 主要是經由一些簡單的利用方式，瞭解傳統工藝如何與現代產品的連系，是以在這個研究中，過程當中的每個細節都是很主要的，這個中牽涉所謂的設計「方法論」(Methodology)。本論文總共分為九個章節：
在研究中，我受益良多。此次論文的撰寫，事實上是把一年的設計研究作一個總整理，而且忠厚的記錄下每一個進程。例如文獻商量在於開學後沒多久，就要入手下手著手進行，是以時候相當豐裕，爾後續的其他課程都是非常好的相關研究功課，這中心也可著手進行一些自己有興趣的研究課題，例如我在第二學期的此中一項功課中，便選擇研究「解構主義建築」的議題(The domestication of the house: deconstruction after architecture)，而在理論性(Design Contexts)功課中天成翻譯公司便選擇瞭解戀物癖(Fetish)，試圖瞭解流行的界說，是以在設計的領域中，我可以交叉的比對與學習，在於設計的廣度中加倍提拔。以下是我的摘要:
